The term ‘you’ refers to the User or Viewer of our website, SasaWallet software application (herein referred to as the “Product”).

  • SasaWallet is not intended for children under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect and process children’s personal data
  • SasaWallet software application is a demonstration version, which is intended solely to demonstrate the functionality of the mobile application and to introduce a product for the Company’s potential customers

The SasaWallet DEMO mobile application

Some data that we use to demonstrate the mobile application’s functionality to you may be considered personal data. WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO ENTER YOUR ACCURATE PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PHOTOS, EXCEPT FOR A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE PURPOSE OF YOUR DEVICE VERIFICATION. You directly provide us with the most data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • go through the user verification procedure the first time you launch our product

  • fill in the profile information
  • to allow our App to access your camera, photos, microphone, geolocation, contacts

For users accessing the product from the India or any other global regions , we are a Controller and a Processor of the personal data you provide through the Website. We may use the personal data stated herein for you to test our product:

Identity data: includes your phone number, name, surname, gender, age, address, NRC/Passport number, photos of your documents, bank card, and personal photos. You enter this data when using the product only to test its functionality. WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO ENTER YOUR ACCURATE PERSONAL DATA

Financial data: includes information about your payment card data (card number, CVV, expiry date, cardholder name) and bank account details. You enter this data when using the service only to test its functionality. WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO ENTER YOUR ACCURATE FINANCIAL DATA

Technical data: includes information about your mobile device (manufacturer, model, operation system version, device identifier, and other technical parameters and identifiers, including IMEI); your IP address; geolocation if you allow such access; data about your activities when using the service; contacts, if you allow such access

Usage information: includes information about how you use our App and our Website

Phone numbers

You should provide us with your phone number as part of your verification process to start using the App, and we will contact you with the information about the SasaWallet. You understand and agree that we will use your phone number to emulate the actual authorization process, confirm your device verification, and help protect the security of your account. The verification process involves sending a text message containing a security code (one-time password, OTP code, etc.) to your phone number. You agree to receive this text message containing a security code as part of the verification process.

How do we collect your personal data?

The App

You may provide us with Identity and Financial Data by testing our services. We may also collect your personal data when you contact us through our communication channels. WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO ENTER YOUR ACCURATE PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL DATA. The website We keep your data only for the necessary period to contact you, but no longer than a year/month starting the date you provided us with such personal data.

Where do we store your personal data?

You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of our Services at any time. Contact us for assistance with exercising this right. In addition, you can choose to delete our App from your phone, and also you may contact us to enable the deletion of your information.

The SasaWallet website, found at, is a customizable digital platform designed to establish and manage mobile financial services (MFS) ecosystems for businesses aiming to digitize their financial relationships with customers. SasaWallet services are intended for use exclusively by legal entities, and all future relationships will be based on separate agreements between SasaWallet and the specific Partner.

The information on the website is for informational purposes and serves as a presentation of SasaWallet’s services. To avoid confusion, specific services can only be provided following separate Agreements and all conditions stated therein.

Key Terms

SasaWallet Platform (from now on referred to as “Website” or “Application”) – a collection of files accessible on the domain, as well as the SasaWallet Product.

SasaWallet Software Application – This application allows users to try the Services in DEMO (demonstration) mode within a testing environment without the ability to perform actual actions.

User (from now on referred to as “User,” “you”) – any individual who is 18 years or older, capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law, and who uses the website and application.

SasaWallet – SasaWallet (Product of Sasaran Technologies Pvt Limited  (UpTown Cyberabad, 100 Feet Road, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. 500081.)

Partner – A business entity that utilizes SasaWallet Services following a separate Agreement with  Sasaran Technologies or its Subsidiary.

Services – the license to use software, Services, and any other solutions provided by  Sasaran Technologies to Partners, the information of which may be posted on the website.

Rights and obligations of SasaWallet

SasaWallet reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes to the website’s information, design, and content, including the list of Services and Partners. SasaWallet also has the right to send Users messages via email, mobile phone number, and other communication methods such as SMS, Viber messages, Push notifications, and emails (collectively referred to as “Messages”) concerning the use of the website.

SasaWallet ensures the website does not contain inaccurate, abusive, false, or deliberately incomplete information. In addition, the website independently determines the list of Partners and Services displayed on the site. SasaWallet has the right to close or suspend access to the website, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the User, to (i) conduct preventive maintenance, (ii) improve the Platform, and (iii) resolve technical issues. While SasaWallet makes every effort to fix issues promptly, it does not guarantee the absence of technical failures and errors.

SasaWallet provides the User with a DEMO application in BETA mode. The User voluntarily uses the DEMO application, acknowledging that all responsibility for using the DEMO application lies with the User.

Rights and Obligations of the User

The User has the right to utilize the information posted on the Platform and to contact SasaWallet directly for clarification. However, the User is solely responsible for providing accurate and correct data and knowledge necessary for the design of the Services.

When using the Platform, the User agrees to:

– Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, etc.;

– Provide accurate information (if needed);

Other Conditions

This Agreement shall become effective from the date indicated herein.

The User may terminate this Agreement by email requesting to delete all personal information. The Agreement is considered completed the day after such information is removed. Termination of the Agreement does not affect the terminated Agreement between SasaWallet and the Partner.

The laws of India govern this Agreement and the relationship between SasaWallet and the User.

Suppose a court or competent authority deems any provision of the Agreement invalid. In that case, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other requirements or conditions of the Agreement, which remain fully valid.
